It's a long range beat down. Use a quickfire flashbang (might be called something different in game), then use directed strikes/shots after they're stunned from the projectile. I wiped out all but one thug in order to practice the technique, it definitely helped me get the hang of it.

I already got the main villain down, a direct opposite mirror of an antagonist of their mentor, Prometheus. Red Hood and Batgirl are just godlike. Batgirl's hand to hand style is especially good, it's kind of monstrous even. Her movements are flawless, her kicks are deadlier than weapons on their own, and she's extremely flexible and fast. In comparison to Batman, Bruce would be more like the heavy hitter (even though he's pretty much fast as fast and capable of combining combos way too well), she's just insanely quick with her strikes. Kinda feels like Ultra Instinct. Jason just outright deletes people- And Nightwing is flashy, but he looks kinda derpy at times TBH LMFAO
