This challenge is a mess, this requirement is all over the place and sometimes during Fear Takedown it won't trigger even if some glass break

I might have missed the moment in this video but in my run the star disappeared when they shot at the window, I hadn't even entered the building yet

This requirement is a mess in this challenge, completely bugged, though it seems that Fear Takedown can override the detection system for broken windows sometimes

How can you open detective mode when the jammer guy is still alive ?

I used the Remote Electrical Charge on him, it temporarily disables the Detective Mode Jammer
