Hearing the visuals are some of the best you have seen and rival red matter 2 warms the heart. Im glad camouflage put in the work to show standalone graphics aren’t as far off in the graphics department to “other” vr platforms as a lot of naysayers and critics try and make it seem.

Wow... If this is the kind of games you can bring to the Quest 3, I think people will begin to take standalone VR seriously in with the Quest 4 for sure. Quest 3 is already almost early PCVR level as shown here. This looks fantastic and is why I hope VR is supported more by bigger Devs because there is a TON of potential in this space. The big guys are chasing safe bets and live service games, but this here feels "next gen."

They also had amazing studios early on with the Rift, with some insanely good AAA level PCVR games like Lone Echo 1 & 2, and Echo VR. They shut them down... But yeah, looks like they have continued to make some great decisions in terms of buying out studios, and we are finally seeing more fruits of that. Wish an upgraded version would be released for SteamVR.

I had no idea quest 3 was capable of this. I would say this is at launch title 360 graphics and maybe better in some ways. That is so impressive for mobile hardware at these resolutions and frame rate. The future of quest 4 is going to be so bright!

This is what I thought the Quest 3 exclusive AAA graphics would look like when I saw that it was running on a Snagdragon XR2(8 gen 2) equivalent which is around the power of a PS4. I'm glad to see it is indeed what I hoped. I think people will be pleasantly surprised how much standalone VR has progressed. We have been getting past cartoony, simple tech demos since Asgard's Wrath 2 and Assassin's Creed Nexus. Even other games like 7th Guest look great for standalone VR

If I was starved for games I may have finally gotten a quest ... If I cam get this on PCVR at some point, amazing. I don't know if that will be a thing ... I've been really curious to see what the Quest 3 could pull off without the Quest 2 having to be factored in, and this looks really really impressive. I love the Arkham games so I'm looking forward to this, doubly so after seeing your video on it since I trust you to call out bs. If you ain't seen it yet, you should watch the Gotham TV Show. It takes around half a season to get going, but once it does, it gets really really good.

I'm currently playing Assassin's Creed Nexus on my quest 3. Such a great game. It's a completely different level of satisfying compared to the flat screen version. You feel so connected to that world and the ability to climb and jump from roof to roof is so exilerating.

So to fly you have to extend your arms and pull the trigger a bit like how you would imagine using a cape to fly and even though they never explained the cape stun (no tutorial) I’m pretty sure it was arm down, pull trigger and swipe, like real life. It may of been a button press and I was acting the fool

Everything I see from this game makes it look better. I'm really curious how open the combat is, it looks interesting but it also looks potentially restrictive.

The combat is rhythm based. You lock on to an enemy lunge at them and it gives you a fight pattern to follow. It may feel restrictive at first, but once you master it it's likely a blast. This combat style was likely chosen to prevent flailing children from winning.

@@uspaint Not on those obsolete Fresnel lenses it wouldn't. You do realise that's the same lenses as the original Quest right? And the OLED panels are the same as what's in the original Quest. So PSVR2 is not really that impressive, it's the same panels and lenses as a VR headset from 2019
