Seeing this video pop up in my recommended was one of the coolest things that has happened to me on the internet. When I was a kid I used to watch Blitz play all the Arkham games. Those play throughs were such a huge chunk of my childhood. I'm going to be 20 in December so it blows my mind how fast time flies. Thank you for the amazing memories Blitz.

You should try turning of the moving vignette, having it off adds massively to the immersion so if you don't absolutely need it i would recommend keeping it off.

if it's his first heavy locomation vr game, he should keep them on for at least one hour to get that vr legs and then he'll be okay but it really depends on people, I have friends that it tooks weeks to get used to traverse in vr

​@@adoculos1046you should always try it without the comfort options first then if you start to feel sick you turn on different comfort options until you feel comfortable, some people like me are immune to vr motion sickness and never got it.

I suggest turning it on immersive mode. It makes the gameplay so much better and it doesn’t have that black circle whenever you fall or move.

You can turn off the black circle when u move in settings just turn off locomotion

@@Blitzwinger It's for beginner VR players to not throw up haha. It keeps your FOV a little narrowed so the fast movement doesn't mess up your head. If you can handle it, definitely turn it off, makes it REALLY immersive.

man i remember watching your mario wii playthrough and always hearing hey its blitzwinger how long its been, also try using without the controller, im sure the oculus quest 3 is able to detect your hands and its more immersive to look around with your hands and body, trust me i know ive used oculus quest 2 before but the hand was bad in that ive heard its good on the 3 hopefully, also if you want to only see the screen and no real life, try tightening the straps to the fulllest then stick your head in there, itll adjust this way you see no real life.

its 500 bucks now, you can wait more and catch it on sale for new for even less, for the stuff it provides I think its a fair price, and of course you can get quest 3s for 300 USD new now, if this isnt affordable to get standalone VR and MR, I dunno what device is I use my quest 3 every day and watch imax theatre screens in bigscreen, with people streaming movies in amazing quality, I also play mixed reality fun games like spinball vr, minigolf, it's honestly amazing and you should totally invest it, theres no hurry either as the catalogue of software is only now getting expanded
