I too read the Riddler with Wingert's voice. I also read the Penguin with Nolan North's voice. Hugo Strange with Corey Burton, Barbara Gordon with Ashley Johnson, Harley Quinn with Tara Strong, Lex Luthor with Clancy Brown, Ra's al Ghul with Dee Baker, the Joker with Mark Hamill, Batman with Kevin Conroy, Yuri Lowenthal with Tim Drake, and so on.
