I think most hate is either a trend people being picky about the fps they barely notice or the game not being Arkham rehash . The 60 FPS thing on consoles is weird. I play on PC but it's more than obvious that this game should have no problem hitting 60 FPS on consoles. Heck they were planning on going cross gen and didn't drop the old consoles till fairly late in development. Point is far better looking games hit 60 FPS at native 4K, some of them are probably UE4 titles as well (this game uses UE4). As for the rest, I'd be surprised. I don't think this game has been much of a hit. I completely forgot it existed till I came across this video.

They were probably having too much trouble with last gen and couldn’t juggle everything so they tried focusing on current gen before launch and didn’t have enough time to iron out the kinks. The only thing that sucks with Redhood gameplay is that his guns are next to useless, which doesn't really make sense, but I understand that for gameplay purposes things had to be balanced, though they could have done something like what DMC 5 did with Nero's gun, by having a very small number of bullets that can be reloaded very slowly.
