OMG! I had the same exact thought... Batman will push a button and the display would raise. Too funny we had the same idea. :) Great unboxing and review! @@DTsGEEKSHOW Hey! I wanted to give you a quick update... I received my Batcave Hush Batman yesterday. Yay! I wanted to thank you so very much for this video. I viewed it several times in preparation for my own statue. Watching your assembly helped me a great deal in setting up my Batman. And you were not kidding, those bats!!! Ugh! They were not easy. I actually had a couple I couldn't use. The 'number 8' bat (that keys next to the cluster) wouldn't key. It's like Prime 1 used two opposing magnets. And the two 'number 10' bats wouldn't key. So yeah, back in the box they went. But they didn't hurt the look of the piece one bit. :) Thanks again!

I think the bandaged head from the cover is supposed to be a half Batman, half Hush portrait. It's why the eye is visible.

I store all my switchouts in cases or a dedicated drawer. Some collectors that never plan on displaying the extras, just put them back in the box, never to be seen again.

The computer is supposedly a foreground perspective. They didn't make it full size as it would take alot of space. Similar to Sideshows PF Superman where he was hovering above Brainiac's ship.

I get trying to force perspective. But if it were foreground perspective, wouldn't the computer need to be larger than scale? Having it smaller than scale would push it to the background. That would make sense and actually look a lot like the comic book art. However, the fact that his cape is behind it kind of kills the illusion. If you light it so that back of the cape is in the shadows, it works a bit better.

Congrats on another Epic addition to your Collection DT! I absolutely cannot wait to get mine but I probably won't be getting it until November 2021 since I ordered mine through Sideshow (had to use those Rewards!😁) Unfortunately by ordering through Sideshow, I had to miss out on the bandage pprtrait so I'll have to hunt one down once mine arrives. Excellent Piece. Many pros to this one. I love the large and sculpted cape on this one. I also like the bats, details, and the overall tone this statue captures. Everybody has their own preferences in what they want in a Batman Statue, but I think this one is one of the best out there.

Yes, definitely on the top of my list. Love the cape, but it does make the piece a lot deeper than most. Gotta have a big shelf for this guy!

I think people forget about perspective when looking at the statue. He's not actually standing next to the screen, it just looks that way in the original image. Therefore, this statue is best viewed from one particular angle. And there lies the fatal flaw. Any other angle besides the one in the illustration makes the computer look strange.

Why do you think people order Prime 1 from sideshow instead of direct? Miss out on the bonus stuff.

These days, a lot has to do with shipping. Though P1 economy option can make it comparable. However, their express shipping is especially expensive and you also have import taxes. Another reason may be customer service, as Sideshow has some of the best CS around. They are usually pretty quick on resolving issues. But I agree, missing out on some of the bonus items can seem like a harsh trade-off.
