They messed up the Scarecrow scene at 2:12, in the original the lights in his eyes would turn on and off, so it looked like he was moving really fast. In this, you can see his eyes the whole time, so he's just teleporting. It's far less creepy.

I don't Batman dies in these "death" scenes. I think it's his last moments before dying or going insane as it seems that Scarecrow is implying that Batman went insane when he is caught in the hide from scarecrow missions.
