I remember my sister studying Criminal Psychology during the time of this game's release. Needles to say, after hearing the Zsasz tapes, she went into Social Work instead. My parents had already told her they didn't want her in Criminal Psychology for pretty much the same reasons that were in the tapes. Although purely functional, it got the message across to her.

The thing about the last Zsasz tape though, it is Dr. Cassidy who Dr. Gretchen is calling and Dr. Cassidy is safe in one of the rooms in the Medical Facility at the time that Batman is listening to the tape. So either the person who was knocking on Dr. Cassidy's door wasn't Zsasz after all or Zsasz didn't manage to kill her.
