He would probably comment on how fun it's been trading blows with him all these years or how much of a boring stiff he's become now (he'd only really kill the Bat if he wouldn't be fun to break anymore), and then go silent until he finds out about someone else that can entertain him.

He either would have killed himself or go non-functionally insane. As he said, without Batman, crime has no punchline. Jokers only real motivation in life is to be the Yin to Batman's Yang. He wants to play the game. He doesn't really care about the outcome because either way he wins. If he kills Batman he wins (but I honestly doubt he ever would tbh, he'd end up like this), if Batman kills him he wins because he broke him. I think that's his ultimate goal, to break Batman, to push him over the edge. We even see him say that in Mask of the Phantasm.

I actually had the same perspective with Law and Order SVU. Where I held the belief that "Oh man, the older ones were BAD (In degree of subject, that is, like way worse things happened) but these newer ones fifteen years later are super tame." Though every time I see one from the first dmfew seasons, it's always something like the run of the mill attack in the park or something. Whereas the newer ones are about human trafficking and little kids subject to years of torture and such. Which led me to wonder, why the early ones were so much more extreme. I've deduced that it's because despite having the first Law and Order series, SVU came through with what was at the time, a rather heavy subject matter that shows weren't really doing, due to how extreme and of bad taste such a thing was. Whereas 15 years later, after upping the ante to still be able to "Go there" for the shock value, I think it's just that we're (people in general I suppose) are so desenstised by all the years of it, that seeing the newer ones doesn't have the "Holy shit, that's fucking crazy" reaction, even though it's much worse than what they used to show.

Overprotective ? That Batman cartoon is almost no danger for a kid to watch... Just look at the things they put on Cartoon Network in 2019.. those are the kind of totally crazy, insane and truly damageable for the mental state of the children. Overprotective ? Pure hypocrisy from the cartoon producers and state censors. They say they want to protect the young’s but they just want to control them and produce a generation of complete instable retards, with depressive tendencies.

It gets even more heartbreaking when you take into account of what has happened in the outside world now. Kevin Conroy, the most iconic voice of Batman, has passed away, and Mark Hamil, who is voicing the joker here, no longer wants to be in the role anymore now that his other half has gone.

@abeetlesreference89773 жыл бұрын
With Harely (love her btw she's hilarious) he was honestly experimenting with love, trying to understand it. But, it's clear he loves Batman, he wants Batmans attention and he'll go to extreme lengths to get it. For Joker, when Batman and him fight, whether it me physical or out playing the other in wit, it's like a dance. This is a prime example, if there's no Batman to stop him, to dance with him then what's the point? He's never bored with Batman and he believes that Batman feels the same way, and in some ways, he's 100% right! In a comic, Superman kills the Joker and Batman was speechless, later Superman confronts him saying "You loved him didn't you?" THIS IS CANON. DAMN CANON.
