this is the same song from Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins; its the song being performed by the opera that reminds bruce of the bats he saw earlier, Telltale must have done this on purpose!!!! Also Jokers voice actor, Anthony Ingruber is also known for his Michael Caine (Alfred from the Dark Knight trilogy) impersonation and he used this when the villain joker impersonated Alfred at the dinner party!!!!!

Ok apparently it's from the end of the act II of Mephistophele when witches celebrates Mefistofele. During this they understand it's gonna be a dreadful night and see coming thunder, yet they still laugh. Here again that's pretty fitting. I'll say it again, thank you very much.
