Easter Egg Nr. 33: Harley's Negative Pregnancy Tests
In Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC, if you visit the Manager's Office in the Steel Mill, you can see a crib with Scarface (The Ventriloquist's dummy) dressed up like The Joker and 16 pregnancy tests scattered all around the crib.
All the pregnancy tests read negative and a new box of the pregnancy test can be found inside the crib with the message "WARNING: Test may result in false positive".
Near Harley's suit used in Arkham Asylum there's still the positive pregnancy test of the original game.
The new negative tests and the message on the box heavily hint that Harley is not actually pregnant, having instead gotten many negative tests after a false positive. This fact could have contribuited to her insanity. The crib with Scarface (which is probably the "baby" she is singing to in the closing credits of the original game) reinforces the idea of disappointment.

Harley MAY have been pregnant but miscarried. Because of the life she leads, it's not a surprise (getting thrown around, fighting, messing around with guys who have weapons... Etc) I personally think that the positive test was once positive but she lost the baby at one point and when she took a test and it was negative, she refused to believe she had lost the only thing linking her to The Joker. That's why she took so many because she must have thought they were false negatives. Also, like it says in the video, she was so singing to 'Scarface' dressed up as J because of disappointment but, I think, it also because she wanted revenge for The Joker and her baby (because they both died). Hence 'momma's gonna kill for you the whole damn world' (also hence 'Harley Quinn's revenge')! That's my opinion anyway....

Puddin Pop I always figured that Harley was pregnant in Arkham city just she had a miscarriage because of the fact that she constantly got pushed around, lived in an environment where she probably couldn't keep warm because her and joker likely just had the clothes on their backs, and most likely barely got enough to eat. This would be more of a reason for her to be grieving for joker at the end of city because now she has a gang to run and a child to raise. Plus it'd give a reason for talia to spare her, since Harley could've told talia that she was going to have a baby and since the baby was technically innocent there'd be no reason for talia to kill it. It also shows why she's so mad in Harley Quinn's revenge, since she could see batman as the reason why she'll never have a family. And it'd give even more of a reason why she becomes crazier after joker's death in Arkham knight because now she has nothing left to lose. If it makes you feel any better there is the theory that in suicide squad Harley had two miscarriages and/or stillbirths which would account for the baby clothes in joker's room and how in Harley's fantasy she has two children with him. There is also the other theory that joker wants Harley back so badly in suicide squad because he wants her to have his heir, since when you put it in perspective, Harley was gone for a few months/years and only now has he actually tried looking for her, even though considering his network of friends he could probably find her and break her out of belle Reeve after a day.

This is my theory, but, I just thought, Maybe Harley got a hint that she was going to be pregnant, and she took some PT to test, but she got all negatives, then she made a puppet dressed as Joker because of depression, and left all the Negative PT sticks around the crib. But in hope, she took another pregnancy test to make sure, and got the positive. Then she left gotham and left her suit in that building, and left the positive PT stick near the suit, as a clue that she was pregnant with the joker's child.....Just my perspective. :)

I think Harley Quinn really is pregnant because if we read the first box, it says: "WARNING: Test may result in false positive," and it has all the negative pregnancy tests all around; but when we see the positive pregnancy test, the message on the box has change to: "Early detection, very sensitive, easy to read, and easy to use." I can see why people are disappionted with this outcome, I was, as well. But I think this adds to the tragedy of Harley's story. When she sang that song, it sounded like she was angry and sad, holding back her tears. Sure, Harley might've actually gone crazy for Joker, but maybe she faked it so she could be with Joker. This might've been the thing that drove her truly insane. All of the pregnancy tests laying around indicates that all she wanted was another little Mister J to be with, something to distract her from Joker's death. That's why the puppet with Joker doodled on it was sitting in the crib. She sang the lullaby because of all of the incidents that happened. No baby, no Joker, and Robin trying to get Batman back and interfering with Harley's mourning. My conclusion, The baby and Joker's loss is what truly made Harley go mad. That's just my perspective on what might've happened to Harley during the end of this game.

I think Harley was indeed pregnant, but due to the stress caused by the Death of her beloved she lost the child, This further caused her to live in her depressed state, She is devistated and completly loses it, She blames Batman for the death of her lover and her child and that fuels her rage. Thats why the scarface baby is in the cage. Harley Quin is completely Broken
