Batman 89 and Batman Returns were the first movies that introduced me to Batman and as a kid, the movies freaked me out LOL but I loved them.

I still remember when I was a kid.. and in one night this Batman 89 movie was on the TV but late at night. I was trying so hard to stay awake to see the full movie 🤣 (I was quite sleepy). My love for Batman started with the Animated Series (and continued with Batman Beyond too).. but the first Batman movies (like live action movies) that I saw.. were these with Michael Keaton. 👍 ..and the first movie (this one from 89) was released in the same month and year with the ones I was born 😁 (according to IMDb.. Batman 89 was released in late June.. and my birthday is on 26 June 1989). These things didn't matter much for me when I was a kid (cuz I didn't even search about the date of the Batman 89 release.. but I already felt an attraction for this Batman character. There was a time when Batman TAS had rivals like X-men and Spider-Man TAS.. and those shows were also great.. but my number 1 favorite was still THE BATMAN) 😁👍

It looked great but it also felt a little underwhelming for me. I think it might be the simplicity of it. I have the 1/4 scale SSC 89 Batman and that piece (with Batman coming down the steps of the Batcave) tells more of a story.

When they revealed the 1/3 Catwoman from the 92 Batman Returns film, I was praying that they would release an 89 Keaton Batman and legit when I watched the full Prime One reveal I almost choked up lol, my jaw completely dropped. Now they just have to come out with a 89 Nicholson Joker and this will be a sick collection.

I prefer the 89 suit over the Returns suit. There's something beastlike and scary about that suit. It's truly intimidating whereas the Returns suit looks more plain and generic in It's details. And I really like the 89 bat logo over the traditional logo in Returns. It's very unique and original. Keaton isn't even one of my favorite versions of on-screen Batman but I might have to break the bank for this SMH. It's really nice.

To me, Keaton is the Quintessential Batman. He's the one who made the biggest impact as Batman in my life. This statue looks great but I don't trust Blitzway. Not doing anything until I see In-hand Pictures

Don't Know what to think. When I see the pricetag for Catwoman, man they will kill us for this one. Expect at least 4K for the duo pack. Darkside Collectibles are also doing the line, I'll wait to see their offer before rushing for Prime 1

If they are going to do a museum pose like like that then why not make the incredible Batmobile and for the Keaton Bruce Wayne one they should have ether Alfred to go with it or a Jack Nicholson Joker. If they do the Joker Perhaps have him holding a pistol in one hand pointing forward. That would make the scene when the Joker said his famous phrase, " have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?"

I don't know if Blitzway still use the plastic Material for her Statues? I had a Bruce Lee Statue for a while but because of the Plastic Material the Statue (Legs) bend more and more and allmost fall down.. that's without direct Sunlight or something like this. I realy hope this Statue is made out of Resin!

Obviously Batman 89 will sell out fast but not so sure about Keaton Bruce Wayne. I never understood why people would want a statue of an actor. Not my thing. I was disappointed in Constantine being 1/4th although I understand many other collectors being enthusiastic for that scale. My DC collection is 1/3rd so I can't use him. Also disappointed in their Hush Catwoman reveal. I just wanted a great 1/3rd Hush Catwoman by herself. I was hyped for these Prime 1 reveals but ended up not having anything for me so at least my wallet can breath a sigh of relief. It's strange they didn't show that 1/3rd Flash. I wonder if they've cancelled it.
