BATSUI (KAPAMPANGAN BATCHOY SOUP)

Good day!
Batchoy Kapampangan or Batsui is a soup dish made with pork,pork kidney,pork spleen,liver and pork blood.This is one of my comfort food especially when rainy days or cold weather.

Here are the ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil
50g ginger
1 large onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fish sauce ( add according to your taste)
250g lean meat/lomo/pigue
150g pork kidney
1 liter water (add as needed)
100g pork spleen or lapay
100g pork kidney
1 pork cube
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups pork blood
70g misua
2 cups chili leaves
