If you're a begginer, I'd recommend cracking plugins. Its not that i wouldnt want you to support the authors for their work, its more of a failsafe. I do buy all my plugins now, because i love doing music and i know with big confidence that music is what 8'm going to do as for living, but that may not apply to you. I Had a friend who bought around 1000€ worth of plugins just several days before he got to the conclusion that music is not for everyone and he does not enjoy it. In that case, that's a lot of money thrown out of the window. If it wasnt for piracy, i wouldn't do and be what I am today, and i heavily support the idea of software being free for as long as you're not an adult or making money. moral of the story - don't hesitate on being a pirate, almost everyone was there before they became successful :)
