I got mine a few months ago and it works very well.. the charger port is loose and falls out but it does the job. Once you get used to the size.. that is. Does a fine job. Would buy again

I used to carry phone in battery case but it makes phone heavy and bulky. At present I suggest to carry Oisle Power Bank it's really small and handy, fits in your wallet.
@alektech74364 жыл бұрын
That would be a great solution as well! But I would like to see more phones that can last longer and longer on its own. I love the performance of iPhone 11 Pro Max and its great battery life, as well as same other flagships, but they are huge on their own. 11 Pro was pretty small and yet it had a great battery life as well. Hope that manufacturers will focus on this aspect soon. Me personally I woild trade easily these 1-2 millimeters of thifkness to get better battery life on iPhone 12/12 Pro, not that they are bad, but still

Is this case reliable? Is it still working? Do you recommend it overall thanks.

I would say it still works, but now the situation has changed quite a bit, since smartphones have way better battery life, and these cases may not be too comfortable to carry nor use

Having even the cheapest iPad extends phone battery life for the whole day. I don’t use my iPhone for browsing or videos anymore. Only for communication, photos and listening to music in gym.

I know this video is just over a year old. And this young man brings up some valid points. And while my battery case is a 5000mah GinFoxi. It is essentially the same thing, works the same way, just looks different. I love the extra size and heft that it adds to my iPhone 7, I love that the GinFoxi case adds wireless charging to my charging ability. As I understand it the Apple charging case plugs in and keeps the phone charged until the case is dead and then it starts using the phone bat after the case is dead. While that’s convenient, I’m not impressed with it. People live busy lives and aren’t always looking at the bat indicator, they may not notice that their total power is getting low, when they do, well no more go go juice. Cases like this require you to start and stop the charging or feed from the case to the phone. Technically the phone should stop charging as soon as it reaches 100% even if the case is left on. You having control over when the case is used makes more sense to me. Your phone starts getting low and you charge it. You turn charge off after it’s done and you see approx where your case battery is from the four indicator lights. On my case I can fully recharge my 7 almost twice. The case was around but I think less than 40.00. That is far cheaper than the Apple case, with a much larger battery, and while I don’t know what case he has here, the GinFoxi case does have wireless charging, and I can’t find anything that says the Apple battery case has it. Picking a iPhone with a better battery life often means hundreds of dollars more for the phone and often times this also means a larger phone. So why not buy the smaller iPhone, if it does everything you need and your getting it at a good price just spend a little more at Best Buy or Amazon and get a battery case with wireless charging and use it.still cost less over all than buying a phone with a larger battery, it probably doesn’t weigh any more than that larger phone. Your total battery capacity will be much better than what you may have gotten with that larger phone. My case has a 5000mah bat, the phone a 1900ish battery. That’s almost 7000mah. Now some of that is lost in transfer just like airport luggage. But even if you lose 30% the amount that you have and can use is still two to three times what you would have without. Another plus to these battery cases is if the case battery goes bad, you can easily replace the case. If your phones battery health is bad and you have no place local to take your phone to get it fixed. These cases can be put on and act as a bandaid to until you can get it replaced or used as a work around to the battery replacement.

Very good points sir! The cases are definitely great for all you said. For me sadly they didn’t work since it was heating up my iPhone and making it too thick and heavy for my taste, but I definitely appreciated to option to juz remove it if I didn’t like it. I eventually switched to 13 Pro, since I needed a bigger screen for my convenience and the battery is great here😁 without the phone being too big and too heavy. But for some people who like smaller phones the battery cases with their lower price are for sure a decent option😁👍

Just found out your channel, love it!! Random suggestion, can you make a video on how to delete other storage & does using widgets drains the battery?
@alektech74363 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It was shocking to me when I found out that multiple widgets were really affecting the overall performance of my iPhone 7. Battery life not that much I think, I didn’t see too much of a difference, but the performance improved tremendously!!!😲😲 Now I have widgets onky on the side (the way they were on ios 13). They were definietely affecting the performance of my older iPhone 7. Maybe it is because of thae age, but still, I was extremaly surprised. Btw what did you mean by deleting ither storage? Because now I am gonna have 2 free weeks, so I can easily make more videos and try my best to do this video as well😁😁👍👍

Do you recommend a good battery case for the iPhone SE (2020)? I want one that’ll at least let me use 3.5mm headphones, even if it’s through a Belkin adapter that’ll let me charge from the mains at the same time.
@alektech74362 жыл бұрын
Good question! Battery cases are a solid option, but as used mine, it gave me few problems. The extra weight and size werent too coomfortable, and it was heating my phone up. I guess the more premium battery case will eliminate that problem. The one fron Apple comes to my mind, but not sure how handling the adapter works with that one🤔🤔

@@alektech7436 as someone who has had from 6s through a se 2020, i'm still debating on a larger model battery type phone like a 7 plus 8 plus x or xr all within the same price range or to buy a battery pack case. i've been looking at amazon 3rd party cases(can't find apple's anywhere) is there any decent 3rd party cases you would recommend in general?
@alektech74362 жыл бұрын
@@toshibachromebook8505 To be perfectly honest ever since I got a phone with solid battery life I am not a fan of battery cases, since they make a phone bulkier and heavier + the one that I had caused more heat. Apple makes solid battery cases but they are expensive and at this point it really is worth in my opinion to maybe think about getting a phone with better battery life if there is a possibility😁😅
@toshibachromebook85052 жыл бұрын
@@alektech7436 i'm thinking about that too but i can't decide from a 7+, 8+ x, xr+ or maybe the 11 from ebay(not knowing the the bh, or battery will be) and all from 200 plus and up)
@alektech74362 жыл бұрын
@@toshibachromebook8505 Depends on a price, but tbh I wouldn’t go for 7+ or 8+ anymore. I was using iPhone 7 till late 2021 and the age was reallyyyy noticeable. iPhone X hasn’t been know for the best battery life, so that leaves us with XR or 11. From these 2, I would pick iPhone 11 100/100 times due to way more advanced cameras, and better performance. XR could still be a choice if you are on a budget, but the regular X, although with clearly the best screen, has the same processor as iPhone 8+ and the cameras are getting old as well

Basically you just press around camera bump, and it pops, you just pull it froma lightining connector. Pretty easy, but gotta be careful not to push too hard since you can break the lightining port.

Great video‼️l am such a light user of my iPhone I rarely run low on power but all my friends know that know that I carry a large 20,000 MA Ankara battery pack with me and they use it much more than I do. About the only time I need them is if we go on a trip and we end up taking a lot of photos and use our iPads on the rode. That reminds me I need to cycle both my power packs and make sure I have them fully charged before Thanksgiving. I am not sure 🤔 where you live but here in Texas almost all of my friends use power pack chargers instead of phone case battery packs, I think that I have only seen one before.👍✅
@alektech74364 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I live in Poland and here most people just like you said are using rather powerbanks if anything. I wanted to see how good battery case can be and I love the concept, but I would always aim for a smartphone with the best battery life. It is always great to have this stamina in your phone and not being depenedent on a case or a charger all the time, so that is why iPhone 12 having a smaller battery hurt me a bit. This great battery life that was on 11 pro series was just amazing, and me using ipad all the time, I started appreciating it more and more, so I hope that iPhone 13 will bring something when it comes to battery life. Not that iPhone 12 series is bad when it comes to that, but I think it is terrific to be able to make 10 hours of screen on time with a smartphone. That is what I am hoping for!
