If battery temperature and temperature uniformity of cases are same how to evaluate the best case( while checking for cell spacing in battery cooling)

Excuse me, do you know if I can modify and save online Mathworks models such as "sscfluids_ev_battery_cooling" or "sscfluids_ev_thermal_management" ? I do modify and save the model, but every thing goes to default after opening the model again. Please help. Thanks
