Hello. What is the age to teach kids tp bowl leg spin. My son is 7 yrs old he bowls googly as well leg break. I'm scared he may injure his shoulder while bowling because of too much twisting.

Upto 7 years we can allow to do cricket activities... But make aure at this age don't allow more than 3-4 overs in a session. As you mentioned he may injure his shoulders but as he'll grow you can increase his load as well along bowling

It's depend on you... Look when you are generating more force through your whole action for playing shots... It's happen, and some times you punches the ball on front foot your backfoot will move forward.
