Battle against the Khuzaits / Will my character survive? (High Tactics, Elite Army, Maximum Death)

hello, how can i get maximum death? enemy die on attack and they are not wounded ? i has battle 1300 vs 300 and i win but i only kill 200 enemy and have around 800 prisoners :{ what perks i need for more death enemy in battle ?
