I love how Jax grills him after you beat him for the final time. Aklove does his spiel about being descended from the old king and finishing his legacy and Jax just calls him out as a larper. And for all his strength, he's right, Aklove isn't some sympathetic lost soul or a conniving magnificent bastard archetype. He's an evil guy who picked the most convenient ideology possible to justify his lust for power.

I absolutely love this game's music, and this theme has to be one of my most favourite. I also like Aklove. Like, he's such an ironic villain. He supposed to be mean and egoistic, but most of his team is evolved baby pokemon.

I'll say this, Aklove was probably my least favorite character before version 2.0 simply cuz his sprite was so basic and didn't have enough depth to him as a villian. But now He's grown on me in the new update, with a slick new design and now he's the over the top narcissist he was meant to be. Seriously I got a kick from the line he said when you first fight him "HOW DARE YOU"

I got a bad feeling when the Claydol miniboss fight before Aklove is lv 75. Turns out I was right, my team was only 64-66 and I can't ko his first two Pokemon before they finished setting up. Also Jax being useless there cause that Staraptor doesn't help against a near full special team and his other members are kinda useless
