In the end Toshinden was the first 3D fighting game. The music still rocks. Gameplay was always a bit janky but I still love it. Non of that modern combo perfect block this parry that stuff. Simpler times. Iwant them back.

I don't know Spanish, but I'm curious. What does it sound like?

@@dorklymorkly3290 He's saying something phonologically close to a Spanish language sentence that could be roughly translated in English to something like "Noooo, I'm going to dieee", because he's literally yelling "Noooo, I'm going to kill myseeelf" but you don't say that in English when you are falling off a cliff and going to smash on the ground, but you do say that in Spanish (it also applies, for example, when you are going to have a car crash/accident that will probably kill you, or something equally catastrophic) and this guy is literally yelling something very resembling to that, by sheer coincidence because I don't think it's intended at all, since it's supposed to be Japanese gibberish. Add to the fact this is said when it's a ring out for him, and it suprisingly fits so well.

​@@WeskerSega Aha! That is pretty amusing. Thanks for explaining. I love international/language spanning pun stuff like that. That said, he is chaos, he probably would scream the latter... I mean the guy skips in place when he loses. As for the Japanese, it's not really gibberish, it's just a very exaggerated yell of "Ohhhhhhh what's going to become of me?" (or how will I turn out, or something similar to that)

I guess "what's going to happen to me" is more accurate. Yoo (that's Spanish for I, right?), ore wa dou naru no ka naaaaaaa. Is what he yells.

@@dorklymorkly3290 Yeah, correct, "Yo" is Spanish for "I", but it sounds so muffled that it can be phonologically misunderstood as "No", and the "ore wa dou" is what can be phonologically misunderstood as "que me mato". The rest of the sentence is left of the joke. And thanks for the Japanese language class! Yeah, I thought it was nonsensical dialogue, never thought it had some kind of meaning.
