Where in the game appears that enemy named Gnauzl? (shown at 8:01)

That's a good question. I've beat this game twice, and I don't remember seeing this Gnauzl anywhere. I only beat it on Easy mode, so maybe it shows up in Hard mode, or possibly Infinite or Newgame+ modes.
