I think I know what's going on. The cats in the clip are ideas for cats that were rejected by PONOS. That was what they meant by "We are justice." And because in all of Battle Cats' history PONOS was so much nicer to JP than EN, the Outcats are stealing catfood from PONOS to redistribute to EN. In addition to this, I remembered seeing a submission of an idea of a cat which was in a trash can to a contest, just like the second cat in the clip.

I thought The Outcats refers to unused cat unit designs from previous contests *&* Kumanchu Royale and they'll be coming back, as an enemy units perhaps, on the 100th million total game download therefore 100 million catfoods stolen. I guess I read too much into it, -or am I?- The only one other than Ponos Official Channel who mentioned about this is Mattshea from his shorts. Interesting what'll happen. Anyway the video in English dub only (afaik) and there's no news about it on BCJP channel so yeah it's safe to assume that it's a bonus from Ponos for "outcasting" BCEN, BC global players. -Or is it?- Looking forward to what Ponos will cook.
