Battle Cats: Infernal Tower Floor 40 Power Route (No Anti-Relics, No Braindead)

anyway, if youre doing it without idi and not using that braindead cyberpunk sniper the deadeye cpu strategy, this is definitely one of the hardest levels in the game. why? well, you have about 140 seconds, tops, to kill yulala before lowkey pushes up to your base. so thats over 3 million hp that has to go quick, on top of the croconators and bloggers sponging hits, miz devils, and the most annoying relic doge in the game. really low cash too, so you basically need rich. its a really involved battle that takes most players out of their comfort zone, so dont expect a victory in a few tries. dont even think about getting away with lower levels: bullet, fishman, manic lion, and can can need the boost to tank another yulala hit.
lets start with yulala. hes just as relentless as his traitless counterpart, but this time his high speed is a massive threat because can can and slime, the main damage output, need yulala to push up into their range to get a consistent hit on him. yulala can push up on anything too, so long as he can kb or warp it in 1 hit. this means you have to cycle units to stall him, and pick and choose moments to send in can can and slime.
croconator can usually be repelled by manic lion, but hes a nuisance since he can sponge can can and slime hits (and might even make slime miss if manic lion kills him). miz devil can and should be killed quickly with slime, supercar, or bullet. and then theres relic doge. i had a really hard time with him, because in order to kill him effectively you have to let yulala onto your base so can can has a free opening, then kill him with bullet and kb yulala with supercar. thats the theory, but this level is really nerve wracking so i usually end up panicking. manic lion just happened to line up well enough. theres also a miz devil that may interfere, so youre best off using slime or supercar if you have breaker up.
i ultimately cant help much here, but these are the timings for the start of the level, and depending on your levels it will give you two free kbs on yulala.

Even if it’s not as good as btrain it’s nice to have for anti wave and red, plus for general use in stages like this one where you are using the combo anyways, I recommend it since it’s not that hard to get lol
