Most of the levels are there to counter this combo with shields waves and metals i have the feeling

For me only enemy that cause problem here is Aku bear because the easiest way to deal with it is you need to time shield pieacing unit like super car or rely on rng with Aky resercher (if you play no uber run) but other enemies are a lot easier to deal with.
