I beat this stage early with Sniper the Deadeye + Cyberpunk. No need to stack at the start, because Sniper is like the 2nd Cyberpunk. The Cyclone died before Sleipnir though.

I beat this stage by using a perma-stall strat, I found it to be the most risk-free though slowest method. You do need Cyberpunk slow talents but I assume anyone at this stage of the game to already have that. The main thing that's hard to get for this strat is Sniper the Deadeye because it's a super rare gacha unit that rotates with different banners. The lineup is as follows: Can can cat, any good area attacker (ex: courier), Biobone combo, octopus cat, ramen cat, deadeye, and Cyberpunk. There's one empty slot here that you can use for any unit or uber if you have any that can outrange sleipnir. Be sure to bring sniper cat powerup. The first stage is spawn cyber as soon as possible, then spam ramen, and then send out your can-can cat, if you have a level 30 can-can cat, don't send out more than 2, if your can-can is level 40, send out only 1, now just keep spamming ramen, sniper, and cyber, by the time you kill the initial wave, you should have 2 cybers and 2 snipers, or at least 80% recharge cyber/sniper. Once the base is hit, spam octopus, ramen, courier, and can-can, your main target here is the gabriel horde that starts out the wave, try to keep your cybers and snipers alive, once the gabriel horde dies, you can now stop sending out your can-can and courier, but be sure to keep spawning your octopus, ramen, cybers, and snipers. If a gabriel spawns, counter by sending 1 can-can and 1 courier. Once you have 3 snipers and 3 cybers, you've basically already won, the perfect cyclone AND the sleipnir cannot push because of the absurd amount of knockback they're receiving. Now it's just a simple case of continually spamming your ramen and octopus while spamming cyberpunk and sniper if you have the chance. It's going to take forever since your main DPS source is from cyberpunk but the perfect cyclone will eventually die to the absurd amount of cyberpunk cats you have stacked up. When it dies, simply push with courier and can-can. Hope this helped.

Omg i Beat it! Lineup: i use jurassic cat and lil cat for the Research Power up (small). Manic macho cat, Ramen cat, Octopus cat Can Can, Cyberpunk, Kaysli the Scourge, Aphrodite, Dark Merchant Babil I don't know if Dark Merchant Babil help much or not. He has massive attack 141k at level 40. he only gets 1 or 2 shots at the two. area attack. And has massive health 136k HP Got two cyberpunk stacked up only. But Kaysli the scourge is the key here. pushing back the Cyclone and the Sleiphnir with her attack. Didn't use any Sniper item. Just the Rich Cat item.

Super Galaxy Cosmo carries this stage btw if you have him it will be way easier because he outranges the cyclone and can KB it and Sleipnir I did this before being done with SoL that's how easy he makes it You could also use Lufalan, Piccolan or Assassinlan Pasalan But not Ultralan who stands at exactly 650 which is what the cyclone is at too Furilan might work but he sucks so I wouldn't recommend it

Interesting thing I found success with Roe Cat somehow along with Octopus. Also on the final level Goddess Of Sunrise Sirius made this trivial along with Kasli Daughter of Chaos Benkai and Phonoa to kill Sleipnir.

Once Octopus weakens it, high hp units like Roe, Jamiera etc can withstand its attack to reach its blindspot. You have many great ubers and also Legend Rare Benkei!!
