I mean, not entirely... Courier is much worse against something like R.ost than Kasa Jizo, and it takes heavily talented stuff to compete with Jizo, so getting him early on is nothing short of a blessing!

Not really man, Jizo was affected by courier but it wasn't deadly, he kit is still build to be anti angel and black and second third form was a nuke with some of the highest dmg in the game. Which means Jizo not only holds different targets but also serves a different in other 2 forms.

Ok, but can we talk about how busted l'il dragon's talents are? Ponos already made him a perfect dragon clone for his tf, did they really need to give survive, surge immune, attack buff AND mini wave??? Not that I'm complaining exactly, he completely carried me through infernal floor 50.

1- kaza jizo = fake, i bring him to all my battles like a generalist that can meltdown angels and blacks, it's true that exist better options... but not in a single unit, assault cats and mushroom cats requires two slots, kaza jizo only one 2- Gao = IDK, i don't had him, but i had Amaterasu 3- Mitama = true, i still use her when the relics don't exist in the level... example: the heavenly and infernal towers in the floor of full cyclones or the floor 48 for stack metalics with slow The Twinstars, i only use they in specific battles

@@IgnaLun While it is true that better options exist individually for angels and black, Jizo is indeed better when both are present, and he's not a bad generalist, however he is no longer nearly as viable as he once was. I think you misunderstood the premise of the video, it's not "ubers that are now bad," just "ubers that aren't as useful anymore because of new units that can outclass them or the meta isn't as favorable to them anymore." In any case, Jizo is still a good uber, but there are just better options than him for most scenarios. Also, your English was fine, sorry if my comment is hard to understand.

Well... I would say that while dark phono is certainly a better unit than mitama, and dark phono does provide more to the battle overall, and he does certainly crowd controll, idk if I would say dark Phono is a better crowd controller than Mitama... So long as surge isn't an issue, and curse isn't an issue(Which it isn't if you meatshield well or have dasli), I would still opt for Mitama over dark phono as a crowd controller. I mean, unless there's traitless... While Mitama has weaknesses while dark phono really doesn't have any glaring ones, she still outclasses dark phono in her role imo.

I've only ever used him once really, I already had WAY better generalists when I got him, but in that one stage, he was an absolute god send. It was the Jagando invasion stage at the end of the aku realms. I was playing it when it first released, back when there were like no good aku counters, and certainly no good ones I had. I needed something that could outrange him, tank his surges, and still deal good dps overtime. I didn't have many options, and I had never really used him before, but when I tried him, he got the best results. So I threw together a team designed to chip the boss and keep Gao alive as long as possible, and after many attempts and many rich cats spent, I finally did it. It was super fun. Gao isn't the best unit ever, but he's a pretty good generalist and in the right situation, he truly shines!

on BCU, every time I tried to beat Adherence To Virtue with a better Metafili I always died. just like yesterday tho I was trying to kill the first Doge Darks with C.A.T., but that never worked since too expensive to kill just one (it was the gigamaxed btw and it just needed like TWO HUNDRED MORE DAMAGE TO ONE SHOT.), but then I turned my attention to the first uber on this list; Jizo, and he worked wonders! (yes, I MAY have needed to 60+30 him but counterargument, shut up, I just also need a shrimple Eraser to shield him for him to not die (+ he can damage Soractes when better Metafili freezes him))

Personally I think kasa jizo and courier are kinda the same they both spammy very good against their trait but courier is a bit more spammy and cheaper but kasa jizo doesn’t have LD so courier will miss against fast units and lose some hp until another one comes but it’s entirely different when you have meatshields and tanks then courier is a bit better but kasa jizo does have more range without LD but courier has the LD so technically he has about the same as him but overall both are great

jizo is basically objectively better than mushroom though, except maybe against rajakong. jizo's dps is almost as high as mushroom with a wayyyy faster cd, and higher range too. only downside is slightly more expensive and no 4 crowns.

8:41 d phono and mitama are used for two different roles, Phonos uptime is garbage, it’s not resistant to traited, and it doesn’t have the godly survivability that mitama has

Jizo is a better generalist than Courier thanks to his longer standing range, whether an enemy outranges a unit or not can easily determine if they are viable against it or not... My general rule of thumb, Jizo for blacks/angel, Courier for reds/behemoths, and both/either for generalist use depending on stage (if courier's standing range won't be a detriment then yeah, he out-performs jizo)

you should try using mitama with slow combos. if you sacrifice 4 slots for 2 slow up M combos, mitama can perma slow all traits, including aku and relic. While youre at it, throw in dark mitama to do the same to traitless. Yes it's a big sacrifice but perma slow against all enemies is too good. Something dark phono can never achieve. also if you lack the ubers for the combos you can do 2 slow up small combos to achieve permaslow vs treasured traits, which is already super op.

getting outranged is my biggest issue. in late game it's hard to find a stage where there is no mob > 350 range, and they hit hard.

@@suchen403 its not an issue unless they pierce 350 range, which is a lot less common. she can perma slow melee threats outside of the backliner's reach to kill the melees and then just kill backliner with whatever you want. getting outranged doesn't matter unless you actively push into the backliner's range, and even so she can easily reposition with her 15kb and high hp

@@blubbyblub88 there's about only 3 type of fighting for where i am. easy stages to rush, harder stages to farm (baron 16+, high B stone) and new stages (UL, occasional new boss). The first two requires speed which mitama doesnt have, so D phono is in. Late UL really need surge/curse immune and mitama is just incompatible. She is still op for early/mid game but for real all new fest ubers can bruteforce those contents with DPS and faster. She was my first fest uber but at this point she becomes situational and she is not in my loadout unless i need absolute slow niche for a certain hard stage. about range, i only worry about cc when my MS cannot hold the line, if they can hold it, i wouldnt need cc. that means in those stages for any reason (having fast angle or black, or wild doge, or stuff like darkjoe) the pushing power is strong and i certainly cannot hold the line. She has been treated badly by all new content in the past few years, which is sad. And it may take another 5 yr to get her TF.

​@@suchen403 i agree with u with the speed thing... her speed is really lackluster. but for the curse thing, doesn't matter if relics cant reach her in the first place. for surge, yeah its a bit of a problem but as long as its from a traited enemy it wont completely screw her over. yes she has flaws, but my point is, 100% uptime slow against traited with really good survivability is a broken feat that no other unit can achieve.

Courier's standing range being as low as it is has made him less viable than Jizo for most of the stages I play that lack reds, as broken as courier is he hasn't completely replaced jizo in generalist use (sure, heavily talented cats you get after years of play are better, but Jizo is very low investment if you get him, 100% use alongside courier if you're earlier on like I am).
