idk why they thought all of the battle themes had to have really complicated basslines in the arrangements for Sword and Shield, sure they're technically very impressive but they leave the low end feeling too unstable in the original song, sometimes a straightforward rock bassline like this works so much better, especially for battle themes!

@@DJLizardon i know and i love them in most cases, but in the original version of this tune, the bassline is just way too complicated and high up in the instruments range, and it leaves the track feeling kind of unstable

I always found Sword and Shield’s soundtrack forgettable for the most part outside of the key character battle themes and a few towns but you really breathed new life into this rearrangement that I thought the original was severely lacking
