0:15 In both this and the original OST you can hear the "Outlaws" melody from Red/Blue Rescue Team. Whether this is an intentional connection to Mystery Dungeon we'll never know. Couldve just been used to show Gladion's rebellion. I'm just sad that I never got an answer in Ultra Sun. :(

Actually, I find S&M and the Ultra Versions to be the best gen for me because not only was it my first game, but it was the last Pokemon game to have an actual National Dex, insane character development, and actual good postgame. (I'm not dunking on SwSh, the latter looks good and I actually spent more time playing it than Gen 7. But the rivals didn't have as much character development despite being the most successful rivals in the franchise. And I didn't care about the Dex Cut at first and not even until the Crown Tundra came out, but I would like more of the starters and Pokemon to be in the game.)

@@Edo_Luna_ Nah, Gen 5 wasn't as good as 7 and 8. At least Marnie and Bede became Gym Leaders and Hop became the Prof's assistant. As for Bianca and Cheren, it was just TWO rivals, who became assistant and a Gym Leader. And Hugh? Idk.
