It is only fitting that a game with so much playoff impact had to go into overtime for the winner to be crowned. In a back and forth affair, both offenses were cranking. Big plays were made all across the field but in the end it was Cardinal Hayes came out on top, slightly edging out Stepinac for the one point, 49-48 victory.
With the first round of NY playoffs kicking off today, win or go home season is officially here in the Empire State. Who will show up and who will be going home?
