Good video. Prefer the Hellcat Pro. Like the longer barrel (9mm works better with more velocity), like the higher capacity, and the HCP is available with a manual safety. I know the latter isn't universally appreciated, but I like a manual safety on a carry gun.

Owned them both, sold the Hellcat, carry the Masada S. In the end it was the trigger that decided it for me, all things else being more or less equal. I did wrap it in Talon Grips, though, so you have to consider that in your decision. Got over 1500 rounds through it at the range and in training without a single bobble. Great little pistol.

I carry the Masada slim daily with a MeCanik optic. It does take Sig sights, just a great gun meant to go through Hell and still work.

I’m a big IWI fan,i really like the slim.my first pistol I bought when I was old enough was the IWI Jericho 941(love that also) they share mags which is cool.I kinda wish the slim had a rail,but I got used to carrying a small edc light and I kinda like that setup better now.

I honestly love the hellcat rdp so much, almost the same barrel length as the hellcat pro, but with a comp added at the end. On top of that, you get the option to have an 11+1,13+1,15+1, and even a 17+1 magazines that are all compatible. Love the whole hellcat line overall!

I’m about to get the RDP today. I’m gettin the version with the safety because after carrying guns with no safety I honestly feel like I would prefer having that extra layer of protection. Especially when something is pointed at my family jewels 24/7.

I love the sights on the hellcat pro . Very easy on old eyes. Haven’t mounted my optic yet getting proficient with irons before cowitness. Sadly everything in NY is 10+1. My Ffl. 3d prints blocks for handgun magazines and installs pinned mags for AR platforms. Many will ship firearms without magazines as they are over 10 rounds from factory.

That's the thing with pistols what works for someone may not work for someone else. It's like clothes or a pair of jeans; I think there is no perfect pistol, which is why we have so many choices. I believe the best pistol is subjective. My experience with the Hellcat, both the Pro and the regular model, has been super reliable. My Hellcat Pro has fired more than 3,000 rounds without a single malfunction. However, I have large fingers, and the trigger undercut in my knuckles hurts really bad. Even though I already have a callus on my finger, will that matter in a self-defense situation? Of course not. Maybe I will never have to use my gun in self-defense, and that is what I hope will never happen. But going to the range to train is not enjoyable for me. I carry the P365 XL with a Wilson Combat XL grip not because I think it's more reliable, but because it's more comfortable for me to shoot, and I shoot it better. When it comes to recoil and muzzle flip, I don't think the Hellcat Pro or the regular one are as bad as many KZbinrs say. I find the Hellcat Pro to be a super easy gun to shoot . When comparing the Hellcat regular to the P365, I don't see much of a difference in recoil, other than the grip is way more confortable for me on the Sig. I understand that for some people, it will be super snappy, especially if you compare it to a regular-sized gun. So, I think people need to try them and find out what works best for them. If the Hellcat pistols were modular, I think it would be a homerun. I would definitely change the grip module on the Hellcat Pro or the Hellcat. I think they are awesome guns and super reliable in my opinion. I trust them more than my Sig or even my Glocks

How do the safety functions operate on the Masada? The hellcat has a safety plunger on the front of the striker and a sear block at the rear. Like a Glock. I like that the different mechanisms are in separate locations. Would take two separate failures to cause a discharge. I didn’t choose the 365 because all of the safety functions are on the back of the striker. Curious if the Masada is set up the same way? I think I’d like the slimmer grip. The blocky grip is the only issue I have with the pro. Thanks for all your reviews!

Get use to carrying with a loaded magazine, after a week or 2, after you get comfortable then carry with one in the chamber. Baby step young man, baby steps, always be safe

Practice your draw. A LOT, how ever you carry, practice THAT draw....a lot. Full mag, empty chamber for practice, practice with the weight your carrying. This is your responsibility, put fourth the effort and take it very seriously.

I thought about getting a Masada since it has a fcu like sig but no one made any grips that can hold lights and not any good holster but my hellcat pro has all of that except it can’t switch grip sizes like the p365
