I feel like the mom is unintentionally causing a lot of friction between her two daughters by not letting them fond their own style and have their own quinces. They should've done the turquoise one for the older(?) girl and the royal blue for the younger. They're the same color family, they'd get to be different, and I think the style and make of the dresses are very similar. But of course, the mother wants them to dress the same. Honestly, I don't even think the older girl liked the pink dress much, she was just so set on disagreeing with her sister when she knew how badly she wanted that dress. Hearing her trying to convince the girl of that one sounded so fake too. "This one is really.... Pretty. And ruffles. It's a big dress."
