I saw when u applied the lash sensational, u used it brush with dip part for ur upper lashes. I would recommend u using the brush curved upwards because I do and I makes ur lashes look AMAZING!!! Lash sensational is my fav mascara hands down!

Curved brushes are made so you use the curve to follow the shape of your eyelid, so they grab each lash and give you curl. She was using it backwards which is probably why she didn't like how the curve brush ones applied

Personally, i use the dip part first to seperate my lashes and then I use the curved part to lengthen them

A tip for the Lash Sensational - really make sure you wipe off the excess. If you don't it will be more likely to stick your lashes together. Wiping off the excess leads to making your lashes look beautiful :)

The colossal is my fave mascara!! I've used it for at least 5 years now. I only use waterproof version and I've never had an issue removing it.

I love the colossal too! I like to try new mascaras every once in a while but I always come back to colossal. I never have had any problems with it and I feel like it gives great length and volume. I was really disappointed by how she reviewed it in this video because I expected it to be much better.

Try using 2 or 3 mascaras combined! For example mascara for length combined with mascara for volume!

I have tried most of these mascaras except the Colossol and the Rocket. The Lash Sensational is my personal favourite mascara. It gives me the length and volume I need and it doesn't take a lot of work for me to personally use. I'm very use to putting on mascara, so that's probably why I never had any difficulty with it.

I've tried a lot of mascaras from maybelline but the first time I tried the lash sensational one I was amazed. It gives volume, length and separate my lashes. Best mascara ever!

Honestly, I liked the Mega Plush. I have no problem using the brush, though it is pretty big, and I have never gotten any mascara around my eyes except for obviously my lashes. I think it gives really good volume especially as you add more coats, and it seperates my lashes very nicely. It also doesn't leave my lashes feeling hard and brittle like most others.

My favorite mascara is Maybelline Full n Soft. It has a wonderful brush which does not make my lashes look clumpy or messy. It stays all day and does not flake off or smudge. It adds a very nice volume to my lashes. I have even gone swimming while using the non waterproof one and it did not run down my face like some others. My lashes are already a decent length, they are just light colored.

My first mascara was the Maybelline the Colossal Volum' Express!I LOVE IT SO SO much.And they have a regular formula and a waterproof formula.I have tried several mascara's since trying this one and by far the Colossal Express by Maybelline has been the BEST one yet!!

For anyone who has trouble removing the Colossal at the end of the day, I would recommend one of the following: - Baby oil - Coconut oil - Olive oil - Pond's cold cream (green lid) The above are cheap and work like a charm for any waterproof mascara.

I LOVED this battle video!!! SOOO creative & helpful! My favorite at the moment is the Lash Sensational. I have mastered the application & it literally makes my lashes look like falsies! I love the wetter formula because it makes my lashes intensely black, gives me tons of volume & length, holds a curl all day, & never smudges or flakes. I find it best to wiggle the wand at the base of the lashes, then go back over the lashes straight from the base to the tips. I find the wiggle motion builds volume & the straight motion gives length & separates. Really pushing the brush into your lashes gives the fanned out effect, otherwise you will get clumping. I know it takes a little getting used to, but the results are astounding!!! I would love to see more videos like this!!!

I love you battle videos. I'm a beginner at makeup so it's helpful for me to watch these videos. It helps me avoid buying products at the drugstore that aren't worth my money. Your battle videos are short, simple and to the point. There's no sugar-coating the reason why you didn't like the product. It makes you look very trustworthy. Great video!

Almost every mascara looks good on you because you have really good lashes. My lashes are weird and aren't all the same length, and they also over cross one another (some of them lean towards one direction). Idk if you curled your lashes before but I don't curl mine and I need a mascara that does the job with my type of lashes. I'm thinking of either repurchasing the lash sensational which I guess is ok but I'm also thinking about the rocket volume one. Any opinions?

Rocket gives good volume, but it's sooooo thick. Unless you want your lashes to be stuck together, especially if your lashes cross over, it's hard to take off also. The Falsies mascara is a much better option in my opinion

Coming from an Asian girl with stick straight lashes that grow towards different directions, I've used the waterproof versions of a few of these mascaras and Great lash is the only one that does it for me, adds volume/length while separates at the same time; Lash sensational is OK but nothing special, and the Rocket is the worst! The wand is too big and the bristles are so far apart that it adds no volume to my lashes at all!

you should try the great lash mascara in the "lots of lashes" version. its awesome, it holds a curl really well and adds a nice amount of length and fullness, plus its cheap which is always good.

I really love the Colossal mascara! I'm disappointed you didn't like it but that's alright, everyone has things that work differently for them. The colossal mascara is my absolute favorite one and comes off pretty easily with the Neutrogena makeup removers, I'm telling you they work FABULOUS ;)

Maybelline has one called Full and Soft which works really well. I’ve been using it for years after trying so, so many. It makes your lashes super full and they do stay soft, not spiky and dry. They look thick, long, and natural.

My favorite is definitely the maybelline hypercurl volume express. It looks so natural and feels so light but at the same time giving my eyes a nice look. And it doesnt smudge AT ALL and doesnt stain my glasses (bc i wear glasses) and is very waterproof. Its not too hard to erase tho which is great

Plush is my Favorite, I actually Get addicted to touching my lashes after using it, it's light, Airey and Soft. The Brush is alittle annoying and but The results are worth it, stays on all day, doesn't run, even after being stuck in a downpour and I don't have to tear off my eyelashes trying to remove it, slides off with body shop alchohal free makeup remover.

I have to add that the Maybelline Colossal non-waterproof formula is a dream. Unfortunately, it's hard to get a hold of. I've used most of these mascaras here and am currently using the Rocket one. My favourite is still the Colossal although the Rocket one applies easily.

the Colossal being impossible to take off is soo true! I've had it and it just made almost all of my eyelashes fall off beucause I couldn't take it off and had to put a lot of pressure on my eyes to clean them

The colossal is my all time favorite it's amazing on my lashes for volume and length. Mega Plush is amazing as well. I actually really like the brush find it easy to apply. Maybelline great lash is great to u just need two thick layers and bammmm instant volume. Used that one for years! I guess mascaras work different on everyone.

I love Colossal, it's my all time fav mascara from Maybelline. Although I never tried the waterproof version so I can only speak for the regular but it worked the best for me, and I've tried lots of mascaras from the NYC price range to the Lancome price range. However, I like experiencing with mascaras (that's why I tried a lot) so I'd really like to the try the Lash Sensational one.

Collasul is amazing, it's doesn't clump and u have to use water proof makeup pads to remove it, I reccomend using Andrea Eye Water proof makeup remover, it gets it of amazingly . It gives amazing volume and I love it

Love these battle of the brands videos! they are the best! I was caught off guard by the fact you used all waterproof mascaras. It's weird but sometimes I feel like the waterproof versions RUIN some mascaras for me. The Colossal waterproof is a terrible misrepresentation of the Colossal. The non-waterproof Colossal mascara is a holy grail of mine! I love it to death, it's so much better than the waterproof. It's one of my all time faves so you should def try the non waterproof version when you get the chance, so much better. And the Rocket is a new found love of mine! I didn't like it when I first opened it but after it dried out a bit, it was AMAZING and like the tube says, it made my lashes, "rocket!" But with most of the other mascaras, I agree with your opinion.

I like the mega plush one the most because the formula + wand achieves what I want: longer, thicker, darker lashes without clumping or looking like I glued daddy long legs to my eyes... but I do think that wiggly wand is tricky to get a hang of. The rocket was way clumpers... and I have yet to try sensational, but it looks very nice.

I use tho collosal for many many years. I tried others, maybelline and other brands, but none was as good for me personally as the colossal. ♥

with the lash sensational you are supposed to turn the brush over and use the longer bristles after you use the curved side. Even has instructions on the packaging. I find this makes your lashes look a lot better.

Great lash is actually my favorite. I like a more natural look so i definitely dont want too much volume and because i love anime i love length. My eye lashes are already pretty long but wow this made it alot more noticeable with a little hint of volume while still maintaining to look like my real eye lashes. Definitely my favorite!

To apply Lash Sensational mascara, you need to rotate the brush, like Maybelline's tutorial. It works great!

I love the Colossal. the non-waterproof one can be removed very easily.

you need to try the mega plush with the rocket brush...i personally think the mega plush is the best mascara i have used so far i even used the smash box x rated which i love but using the mega plush with a different wand gives amazing results...no clumping and tons of volume...

I bought the rocket very recently without doing any research before and I don't really like hoe it turned out. It does make my lashes look longer but gives me 0 volume. I just came across the sensational and Im loving how it looks

Finally someone that can understand the problem I've got with lash sensational mascara. I love it but my lashed stick between them, even if I use a lashes brush after applying the mascara. Btw, I've got the Rocket Mascara also, and I love it too. They both are my favorite.

I love the Rocket! But sadly they don't sell them anymore. I literally threw the last one that I had cuz it's old and too dry already. So I bought the Lash Sensational over the weekend. Been wearing it to work these couple of days. It last all day, easy to remove with makeup remover but it didn't give me that extra lenght and it's quite smudghy during application. It's nice for a natural everyday look.

I've been a fan of the Colossal Volum for years. I like a natural look to my makeup so I don't pile it on. I don't use the waterproof and it comes off just fine.
