LunkersTV it’s got to be the carbs simple fix and a two stroke will act like it’s running good out of water but when you put it in the water under a load it will act up and bog down like it was doing

Even the Berkley Cherrywood rod is really good to be around $30 or so, with a warranty on it too. Just sayin. Oh and it's sold at Walmart and Ace Hardware stores too. I can't remember if it's in Dick's and Academy or not.

Gavin Schmidt I’ve caught everything from big river cats, to gar and sturgeon on power pro while river fishing....never have a I lost a fish because of they’re line. I finesse fish with they’re lighter lines as well, that double digit in my profile pic was caught on 8 pound power pro, caught more double digits than I can count on both hands and feet on that stuff. Not to mention all the DD’s I’ve landed while frog and swimbait fishing with they’re 60# and I don’t play with my fish I rip them right out of the nasty sh** I’m fishing in, it’s the only braid I’ll ever use and I’ve used literally EVERY braid out there.

My strongest rod is a Penn Senator 9/0 with rollers, full aluminum handle. It takes a big Cobia, Tarpon, or shark to bow that rod over a little bit. My second strongest rod is an Ugly Stick Tiger rod. It's handled some seriously heavy fish, 100 plus pounds, bulldogging them up to the surface. I use Penn reels and swedish made Abu Garcia reels.

Should probably give the Ugly Stick GX2 a shot vs the Googan rods. The Ugly Stick lite is not a full comparison since it's a lite version. Either way, those Googan rods seem to hold up extremely well and I know I'll be checking out the line for sure.

the power pro braid may not be as strong as goon braid, however you are never going to break a bass off on 50lb braid anyways so that's not what we look for in good braid. what we look for is smooth cast ability, sensitivity, abrasion resistant, and whether or not it has memory to it after weeks of using. I have had the same spool of power pro 65lb braid on my frog combo and my flipping combo for at least a year now. it is amazing tbh, it has never broken, still doesn't have any memory to it, and still casts like a dream. not to say that googan line would not do the same thing because I'm sure it might would but I'm saying that the power pro breaking while trying to lift a 15lb weight is not a big deal, although yes I do know that that is not what this video was intended to show.

Line wasn't breaking knots were coming untied. Probably tried tying a clinch knot around a 1" diameter object. That knot was just slipping. Do an actual controlled test power pro and ugly stick will dominate. They've been in the industry for so long with tons of money spent on research and development.

The thing is though is that he tested the ugly stik first, so really the ugly stik lifted more because it would take him like three or four lifts to get it right. He lifted that twenty pound weight like three times with the ugly stik and only once with the other rod

I got a Sea Nymph Fish N Ski, its a 1986 with the original 55 horse Johnson on it. Fires up mostly first turn of the key most of the time. Pretty good boat, funny how I got it. I came home one day from work, and there it was in my drive way. I called m dad, as it was his from new, and asked hom where he was at figuring were about to slay some fish. No he drove 2 hours to mu house, dropped it off, left it in my drive way, went back home, just to tell me he got a newer deep hull for Lake Erie and that the Sea Nymph is now mine...... So yeah thats how I got my first boat.

I believe the line, power pro is meh. I use 832. To beat an ugly stik I have my doubts. I still have some for catfish/sturgeon. I've lifted 30 lbs on my own strength test. Maybe different models but I'd have to see it for myself to believe it.
