Fun fact: Unlike most Pokemon, Eevee can basically evolve into whatever it chooses. Sylveon is a Fairy type. In SwSh, the Dynamax Fairy move was called *MAX STARFALL* . Furthermore, the Fairy type is often associated with love and friendship, which is kinda the whole point of Penny’s character.

Ah yes, the Cassiopeia battle. I was holding out hope that her ace was going to be a new Eeveelution that had been expertly hidden up until that point of the game. That is correct She's not that much a good battler however her pets are actually High Leveled and Very Loyal.. Her pokemon are champion class.. But she is not a good Pokemon battler. That is Reason Why Arven Originally failed and Nearly Got Himself killed and his Beloved Companion pokemon Crippled. Area Zero is place Where It would take a team of Champion Ranked Trainers to Travel safely. If it's the theme that there are certain places where only a champion class trainers could go to.

I agree, that Penny could have evolved like Cyrus without her Team Star (Online)Friends. But Cyrus did spend more time with Machines and Tech over Humans and not much time with Pokemon. He spent so much time with things that would work always as intentendet and if not there would be an easy way he could fix it, where Humans with feelings could felt just chaotic to him.
