Grayback 4 (Grayback Ultimate) wins Kenji 1,2,3. But he can't defeat Kenji 4 ( Kenji Ultimate). There is a distinct difference in the power of Kenji 4 (Ultimate). He gets his power thanks to the Ancient Dragon Power (based on the story, not the Orb gem). Grayback (Ultimate) even using Wolf Howl full-time won't change the outcome of the match. Kenji 3 can win against Grayback 4 if only you stop running towards Grayback and not wasting Stamina. He can still do one more critical strike.
