Kenji and Grayback only fought on Serpent path and no one died between them but Grayback killed the Nighvol, as Kenji killed the Nightvol on Dragon's path. Honestly I think Otomo is meant to be a combat support unit than an actual frontline fighter. Usually to bolster the offensive with his Battle Cry to toughen the soldiers into fighting harder. Courtesy of Grayback's toughness (alongside his natural durability) is the armor made out of steel and shale but both can be broken by bombs and spells.

"Oh bro Grayback's a monster in combat. Urrhurr..." Growing up learning how to fight and teaching his fellow miners how to fight can certainly turn a man like Grayback into a complete monster in combat. I get he's weak to magic and explosives but that's heavy armor for you. Can keep you safe from arrows and blades, but bombs and magic spells are a different sort.

Grayback is like a massive 25 years old guy put in a class of children at Kindergarden If it wasnt for their "death bonus" he would even defeat 3 Samurais and Ronins all together. The fight itself is not fair since Kenji thanks to his bonus could easily defeat all Tier 1/2 in 2/3 hits at best and almost kill a Tier 3 unit. So you should consider as receiving a third less damage and have 2 units to fight instead of 3 which is quite brutal. Though I don't think he would anyway defeat the Samurais/Ronins and perhaps even the Werewolf. In the end Grayback is the most powerful unit (and in a 1vs1 vastly wins against Kenji)

I think this is Winter of the Wolf. I don't remember there is a Werewolf in Classic Battle Realms and Wolf Clan is pretty much overpowered in that expansion. Berserkers on shale armors are too much and Dragon Clan's monument is the only key to obliterate an army of Armored Berserkers. I think, even Otomo is outmatched by Garin which skill is to only call for a horse.

The serpent can easily outplay the wolf. For ex. The swordsman can have the mugging ability which steals wolfs armor in an area permanently. The crossbow man have weakness ability which can lower the units armor, the bandit which can paralyze an enemy and cannoneer which can lay mines and throw smoke

There is always something funny about the infested one. Their attack animation starts even when the enemy is far, resulting the enemy to be dragged into him. and it looks so goofy. In my hundreds of skirmish playthrus there were so many awkward instances happening like a cannoneer meleeing an infested one from up above a hill while the latter is fucking up the guy from the bottom lmao

Dragon warrior's cutting weakness is so dumb and it's annoying me since 2008. Aren't they are supposed to be the go to dragon units esp in early story mode but is very weak against a very common dmg type?
