Welcome to game one of Five Parsecs from Home! If you've followed my Five Leagues from the Borderlands games you'll know I'm a fan of Nordic Weasel Games and a big fan of solo skirmish games. Five Parsecs is a scifi game set in a galaxy rife with conflict and war! So this was a no brainer for me. Now this is a new game for me and I will make mistakes. Please point them out if you see them!

Not sure what happened with the video but I'll look in to the reason why the intro of the video keeps going in and out. Could be because of the frame rate I encoded it at.

I almost got the book till I saw the battle mechs..how many people r tired of trying to roll high on a six side.

I don't mind it so much. A big part of the fun is the chess game against yourself. You're constantly trying to find the right angle to get the best advantage against your opponent on both sides! Combat skill helps with that, but the cool thing for me is how quick and dirty it is, kind of like Savage Worlds.

Oh those are Palanite Enforcers from Games Workshop's Necromunda line. They're some of my favorite space cops! lol
