It's battle royale time with bodybuilder Houston Jones, Sensei Seth, & Sweet T! Sparring can catch a bad wrap sometimes. Some are fearful of it, others find it mundane, some just flat out hate it. Well, today I set out to show you some ways to make sparring fun and exciting! We play around with some unique restrictions and top things off with a 4v4 free for all! True, but Houston is no push over. Watch his wrestling in a previous video. Houston has 40 pounds of solid muscle easily on WB, Houston is a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo, a blue belt in BJJ, and has extremely good wrestling. I think it would be a fun fight to watch!!

You could say the good thing about sparring half speed is you will build strong muscles especially in your legs because you wont have the momentum to help with high kicks also technique will be improving also
