My hero, mon ami. I will never forget my meeting with this brave and kind human being at hotel Camayenne in Conakry. He was so sure of his military planning on how he will retake Freetown from the rebels. The late Ahmed Tidjane Kabajh and my former boss at the Canada ambassy in Conakry were in total admiration of this courageous soldier. Thank you for reminding Sierra Leone and Africa of what these brave men did to save Sierra Leone block by block. C’est vraiment impressionnant de revoir encore ces images. Merci à nouveau.
