We filmed this in early September, and from then on I logged a little over 100 hours of editing. So glad you enjoyed it!

both Jedi using lightsaber pikes with saber-resistant hilts .. and the Sith use of a blaster pistol .. after employing single blade, lightsaber staff, and dual wield?!

Only one Jedi used a lightsaber pike, the other had a two handed hilt

@@fishermiddleton7460 I was commenting on the unusual weapons all three combatants used .. both Jedi had *extra-long* handles on their weapons .. longer than the usual lightsaber hilt which is also commonly held in a 2-handed grip. "2-handed hilt" is thus not really a distinction .. I could perhaps see differentiating them as pike and lance. a pike in our history was a very long 2-handed weapon with one blade wielded by footmen. a lance was commonly a cavalry weapon -- shorter and lighter than a pike, but also longer than most swords

i agree its odd, but it feels very much pre-old republic era when sith and jedi weapons were not "standardized" yet, and the weapons are most likely makeshift weapons as the jedi dont seem well off compared to the sith. Their clothing here and in previous videos also seemingly bear resemblance to our modern day clothes rather than the robes we see in most star wars media which also indicates sith and jedi have not differentiated themselves too much culturally from the rest of society yet, a further indication this is very far in the past. if i were to guess on a timeframe, i would say soon after the jed´i-sith schism, perhaps during it.
