I'm sorry but did he said American food tend to be salty? I tend to find it a little bit bland for the most part, though it has improved in recent years. Only pizza ever get overly salty. (This is coming from someone with taste similar to Korean taste buds)

im not agree with yura n mina talk bout food when travel to america..i think what jihun n jungwon told are really true becoz when u travel to america especially north california..it is very famous for it natures..not food..thats y it is important to explore the beautiful creatures n natures there,not food.. food are just ordinary for country like america like hamburger,burger,salad etc..because if u want to find local yummy food..you should explore and come to Asia,especially south east asia
