I also have PCOS and it was so severe that I didn't get my period for a year. That time i decided to take matters into consideration and started working out and eating healthy. Lost 20 kgs and PCOS had to leave my body. Now I maintain myself with healthy food and workout everyday no matter what. And the comment that you said that it's hard to be a woman it's actually not that hard if you take care of yourself which men also have to at some point. It's just ki our are habits are so out of place that it seems difficult in the starting but once you get a hang of it you will love it for sure. So hang in there for sometime. You got this 💪🏻. Everyone has a different medical aspects to PCOS. Mine due to increased weight. But some people have hormonal imbalances and some are thin and still have PCOS. Talking about me I got my period on reducing only 7kg weight i.e. going from 80kg to 72kg and then further reduced to 54kg (presently) to keep my cycle and hormones in check.

The struggle with PCOS is sooooooooo real babeeeeeee😢 It’s like a vicious cycle making me eat more junk because I get mood swings and then the food makes my pcos worse. I relate to you because the major indication of my pcos is my cystic acne and hair fall. My prolactin was 65!!!!!!! It was that bad. But now with all the lifestyle changes it’s come down to 25 ❤ Also, a major things I’ve observed, just putting it out there of it helps someone. I had isotretinoin capsules for 1 year for acne and once I stopped it, the backlash happened. Isotretinoin seemed to increase my prolactin levels by a hell lot.
