it depends on your playstyle, if you like long range sniping or camping then m200 is the best. if your playstyle aggressive or mobile then L96 is the best.

its not bad, actually it is a good sniper rifle. its like m200 in lite version

how to get supply ammo like that?

press o (not zero) then squad and then supply box. and if you want the supply box drop faster you can shot the parachute until the parachute dissapears

So m200 is not always 1shoting in head?

you need 72.1 damage to be able to penetrate exo armor helmet. use ranger, heavy barrel or long barrel, so you can always 1 shot in head
