id say that battlefield one is probably the most brutal one, considering the fact that, unlike modern conflicts, it included a lot more hand to hand combat that required brutal up close and personal methods to killing others. i think battlefield one does a good job showing how different warfare is from modern conflicts

to add on though, i could not agree more with sly, the mechanics have been severly simplified to the point where it feels more casual than skill based. it lacks any serious motivation to play as a team also. i think the major problem with tanks is the speed of the turrets, which is why they are so hard to destroy. the fact that they can whip their turrets around as fast as they move their mouse gives no anti tank people to get a second shot off before it brings its gun to bear on them

Brutal? Haha, have you played verdun? The games gore system is epic, mostly anything can blow off a limb, shotgun shell, shrapnel from a bomb, head shots, ITS CRAZY

Brasscake! It's fun to just use the melee weapons only sometimes I got a five kill streak with the machete if you hold down the melee attack button you actually get to just have it in your hand till you wanna change back to your guns

The Russian 1895 Marksman, which is the sniper, the Gewehr 95 rifleman, which is the Infantry, The Cei-Rigotti Artillery, which is now the Cei-Rigotti Optical, And the M1903 Sharpshooter, which is the M1903 Marksman, And The MP18 Artillery, Which Is now the MP18 Trench.
