actually the martini isnt OP the SMLE's stats are better in every way but one. the sweetspot 1 kill zone which starts at 40 meters unlike the martini's 30 meter starting 1 shot kill zone.

To be fair, it's kind of already balanced. One bullet in the chamber, than a reload (which takes roughly 1.2 seconds), if you miss you'll be switching to your sidearm always; it's basically an aggressive sniper. It's not Stodeh's fault his aiming is on point. Oh god. Imagine Ravic with this gun.

The Martini is certainly not op. Slowest rate of fire of any gun in the game. Slowest muzzle speed of any gun in the game. Any sniper with a sweet spot will kill you in one hit in the chest. It is for players with skill because if you miss in close quarters you are dead.

Somehow I can't hit a darn thing with this gun. The iron sights are so bad and I can't see shit when ADS. And you have to lead like crazy if the target is moving. I have much better results with the SMLE infantry version

It's a lot easier to aim with a mouse than a controller, but keep in mind that it's easier for everyone else using a mouse too. This guy is obviously much better than the average player, so to answer your question, no PC is not this easy to snipe on unless you've put thousands of hours into FPS games with a keyboard and mouse.

I just unlocked the Martini Henry a few days ago and been playing with it, im a scrub at FPS games especially with the darn xbox controller, that problem aside however i find this rifle extremely hard to hit moving targets with, since u cant see the bullet when u fire it i cannot figure out the velocity. I really dont think it's OP though. Sure the sweetspot of it is 10m longer than the other bolt-actions but the rate of fire is super slow, and the muzzle velocity is like half of the others. It has it's designated use like all other weapons in BF1.

This guy is either sick at aiming or is using some kind of assist because in reality you cant just point this gun in the enemy's general direction and pull the trigger like he is doing. All you do is miss and then get killed while this gun does its very long animation for its single round reload. Great gun if used correctly and clearly a great player (or a very lucky one on this occasion). If I was to pull the trigger when he does in these videos I wouldn't hit a thing.

The martini has to be a one shot kill weapon because it is the rank 10 scout weapon if it took 2 shots to kill it wouldn't be good as the reload time and range make it not ideal for midrange combat while other snipers would beat the martini easy. A weapon that is op is the BAR it's not even the rank 10 weapon for the support but people use it more than the rank 10 weapon as it is more powerful
