If you notice on the Iron Walls campaign in the last sector with the fortress, there are only certain points on the ground floor where you can capture the objective. You can pummel the enemy from the other points, but you can’t actually capture the point from the second floor or those other points.

Have you tried narrowing your filters inserver browser? My game seemed to run much better when I oy searched for North American servers, I think only asking it to search in a certain area uses less bandwidth or something
