Please explain me some details... 1. is this a stand alone mod ? 2. How is repsonsible for this ? In the old days mods were listed in mod db. Now, it seems some chinese guys just putting them somehwere, and stuff is linked in yout tube videos, which is very odd. On the one side peaople to amazing work in modding is like this. On the other hand simple releasing this mod somewhere and some platform with details install instructions its failing ?!
