i find it almost impossible to find good settings for bf when i go default dead zones (most times i play 3-5 deadzone) feels like i have to fight to track people so i increase sens and feels like its too fast or something. any else have the same problem?

I like to scale down my hud elements to around 75% except from the enemy ones. Cleans up the screen. Try it out

1:43 The FOV in BF2042 is Vertical FOV so with it set to 100 your Horizontal FOV would be around 132 in most games like Call of Duty etc. Having your vFOV around 60 to 90 is best imo, for example setting it around 68 vFOV would give you 100 hFOV. So just add 32 to your BF2042 vFOV to get your hFOV used in most other games.

Since you adjust the vertical FOV in BF2042 settings and not the horizontal like almost every other game, here are some quick conversions for 16:9 ratio- 59° vert = 90° hor 64° vert = 95° hor 68° vert = 100° hor 73° vert = 105° hor 78° vert = 110 ° hor 83° vert = 115° hor 89° vert = 120° hor

11:29 Soldier Zoom Ain Sensitivity on 100 should be the same as regular sensitivity on one logic.. for muscle memory should be 100 I think..

You do know it’s vertical FOV? So if you want 90 fov that’s 59 in bf2042. So 105 like u have is 73. Right now you’re basically playing at 133 fov .

I honestly dont know what to change thats making my aim bad, on cod i have a 1.7 kd and can kill comfortably without worrying about my aim but on bf i feel like im ass when it comes to mid to long range gunfights, just something feels weird about the aiming in this game but these settings did help me quite a bit so thank you bro

Did u solve this problem? I got the same issue. I can't find the perfect balance no matter what I'm doing😂way too much settings. Either my aim sensitivity is way too slow or way to fast. In both cases i can't hit the enemy 😐

@@Ultr4Instnct i messed around with the settings and found something thats good enough for me, soldier aim sens 50 Aim assist all 100 except zoom snap put it in 20 Aim curve bf3 the rest on standard Aim acceleration 25 Soldier zoom sens 65 Vertical aim 70 Vertical zoom 100 Try it out and see if it helps you

Why did you choose Stereo + 3d headphones instead of surround + headphones in the audio settings? What's the difference? Native or simulated surround?

3D Headphone uses Binaural Sound and is the best setting for audio in the game, where you can listem to sounds from above and below you. Regular surround gives sound direction only in a horizontal plane. But very, very important, turn off any processing virtual sorround you're already using, like Dolby Atmos or 3D Sound on PS5 and PS Headsets. You turn this off, letting your headphones or headset with pure stereo, and them let the game process the sound. Having two tech workin on top of each other will mess up things.

@@RafaPai84 Thanks for the reply, this clarify a lot things! I use HyperX Cloud II Headset that has a button for 7.1 directly in the USB connection. Not sure if that just activates a virtual processing or physically turn on/off speakers in the headset though.

@@maxbigert1 Turn 7.1 off, them use the 3D Headphone option in game. Done! If you're on PS5, turn 3D Sound too. If on Xbox, turn off Dolby Atmos. Guess you got It! Wheter its on Windows, Console, Headphone, or game, you can have only ONE Surround Processing Tech at any given time.
