I absolutely love this game mode!!! You want a simulation here we go! I dig the comms being used on the chat to spot and relay battle intel. Hell yah! Keep making vids like this!!! Edit** watching the chat feed this mode needs a compass as you'd be able to relay directions. Needs some way to set a marker on the compass for objective or something for attackers to know which way to go. Memorize the map.. Idk otherwise i love the realism!

There also needs to be a way to play such milsim mode with the base game. Currently, specialists look the same on both sides so without hud, you can't know who's an ennemi and who's not... I can't believe they didn't made different characters for both teams like it was in any BF game before

Hi Arborpress, I think you are right, the BC2 and BF3 portal RPG and SMAW do seem to be much faster than what I remember from the classic versions of those games. A lot less drop on the rockets as well.

@@Ugimara-Imokrasa The exact title as it appears is "KC MILSIM SERVER". You may need to change your filter under the "search" tab so that the "free slots" option is set to "any". That way if the sever is full you would still see it in your results. I would also recommend setting the rest of the filters to "any" as well just in case. As I was writing this the sever is full, so I had to change the "free slot" button to "any" to have it show up. Also, click the "Players" heading to have the results filter by player count to make it easier to spot. Hope this helps and let me know if it works out okay.

Lol, yes. No more meth head movement. They reduced the movement speed to 0.8 from the 1.0 in the base game.

I think it should be redefined, realistic mode. Should be 1 head, 2 shots to upper torso. Would render most people immobile due to shock in general, but adrenaline and the individual can keep fighting. Needs a compass. Since a button and animation to look at a compass don't exist lol

Hi Dan, the soldiers you are seeing are all players. In the base game you can play with bots by yourself or with a few of your friends. In portal, you need to find servers that fill in empty player slots with bots, although there are some servers dedicated to players vs bots. Hope this helps!

It is an issue I noticed as well. On the smaller Russian Kobra reflex sight (T shape crosshair) the reticle is nearly invisible for me. Almost impossible to use that sight in the game as of now. Hopefully they patch this issue in the future.

@@ProtoSunGaming check your settings and go to Advanced Setting for soldier, IF it's anything like. BF4 you could change the color, brightness and make the reticle bigger/smaller

@@daniel-je8xq I looked into it, I think Battlefield 2042 doesn't have the same setting like BF4 with the optics. I can only seem to change the hipfire crosshair color, which is disappointing. Thanks for the advice though. I appreciate it and it was worth checking out. Crossing my fingers for an update on this and more content for portal.

I think EA should use this nice engine to reinnovate bf3 and bf5 instead of making a near-future product. The sales figures have shown this fact. Btw, I think Putin is going to make this game scenario happen in the real world, in the Ukraine.
